My trip to Washington, D.C. (Part 5 of 5) On my return flight from Washington, D.C., I wound up sitting next to the biggest woman on the plane, by far. I was so uncomfortable, that when the flight attendant offered her a snack, I immediately objected. I explained that giving her a snack would make her even bigger, and I already felt squished. I then threatened to sue the airline if they gave her one morsel. The flight attendant agreed with me and didn’t give her anything. About an hour later, I changed my mind so I flagged down the same person and I told her to give the very large passenger anything she wanted. I didn’t reverse my position out of compassion, but I kept catching her glancing at me, whispering under her breath that I was starting to look like a pork chop.
