BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D.C. – Former senator and Secretary of State John Kerry said he has no plans to run for president in 2020, but didn’t rule out the idea. “I’m hoping that since my 2004 run for office, people have gotten used to how ugly I am,” he explained. “If I think I can help this country, I’ll run. But I have to make sure that my image on posters won’t frighten voters like it did last time.”
