BREAKING NEWS – Fresno, California – Pamela Chimienti is the mother of Ryan Flores who police said attempted to rob a Starbucks in California. However, after Flores was thwarted by a Good Samaritan, Chimienti stated that her son plans to sue because the hero used “excessive force.” Police released the footage showing Cregg Jerri, 58, struggling with Flores in a Transformers mask who tried to stage a hold-up with a knife and toy gun. Jerri, at one point, approaches the Flores from behind and bashed him over the head with a chair. Eventually the two hit the ground and grapple. Police said Jerri was stabbed in the neck as he tried to grab the knife, but when he took the knife away, he stabbed Flores several times. “I hope my son Ryan sues him for everything he’s got,” his mother angrily stated. “It was absolutely excessive force, and hopefully suing Jerri will teach him and people like him to think before acting, instead of violating the law!”
