BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D.C. – MSNBC has joined several polls in a class action lawsuit against Donald Trump, for forcing them to downsize and/or putting them out of business. They are accusing the president-elect of “knowingly and with malice” destroying their reputations, by beating Hillary Clinton in a monumental landslide that contradicted almost every poll, causing them to publicly look like fools. After a preliminary hearing, a federal judge has dismissed MSNBC from the lawsuit, citing that they were perceived as fools long before Donald Trump ever ran for office.
