BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D.C. – In an interview with the Associated Press, President Obama states that he plans on issuing an executive order to all banks in the United States. He explained that because of the struggling economy and people having very little money in their savings/checking accounts, he will mandate that all ATMs have to be modified to be able to dispense pennies.
