BREAKING NEWS – Bogotá, Columbia – While speaking to a large crowd in the capital of Columbia, Vice President Biden acknowledges that the United States has a major problem with drugs. He explained that he wishes the drug cartels would stop sneaking tons of marijuana into the United States on a daily basis, unless the American citizens requesting it solemnly promises to use it for medical purposes only.
