In the book, he finally admits what people have been suspecting for years because of the appearance of his arms, that he has been using steroids. He also writes about his stay in rehab, after it was made public that the spinach his fans thought he was eating, was actually marijuana. The most emotional part of the book is when he talks about how much he cried after Olive Oil was badly injured, when a near-sighted elephant mistaked her for a Q-Tip, and used her to try to clean its ears.
