BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D.C. – A representative for the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) testified in court in a class action civil suit on behalf of a cookie manufacturer. They said that even though there were no warning labels on the package, it still should have been obvious to consumers, that eating the snack would cause them to be drab and uninteresting.
