BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D.C. – Secretary of State John Kerry said in an interview on NBC’s “Meet the Press” that he has not ruled out a 2016 White House bid, and if he decided to run, he promised not to make the same mistakes he made in 2004. He said that one thing he will take advantage of this time around, is the election being held in the first week of November. Kerry further explained that he would campaign relentlessly in October all the way up to Halloween, hoping that his “ghoulish features” would garnish more votes.
