BREAKING NEWS – Ann Arbor, Michigan – Borders Books files Chapter 11 and plans on closing nearly a third of its’ 200 stores in the next few weeks. When President Felipe Calderón of Mexico was initially informed, he angrily contacted United Nations. He soon calmed down after it was explained to him that the “borders” closing reference, was to the book store, not the line between Mexico and the USA.
