BREAKING NEWS – Houston, Texas – Roberto Salas, left, was arrested and charged with assault and battery against a passeryby Lewis Sternhagen. The incident began when Sternhagen became hysterical after returning to his submerged car due to a flash flood, and then flagged down Salas explaining that his pet was in the back seat. The assault happened after Salas jumped in the water and quickly made it over to the vehicle, and then learned that Sternhagen’s pet was a newly purchased goldfish.
