BREAKING NEWS – Baltimore, Maryland – Outgoing Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, say she is deeply disappointed that black people that owned businesses that were looted and burned during their riots, refuse to rebuild there. At a press conference she stated, “I am deeply disappointed in my people for not trying to start their businesses again. I explained to them that the individuals who decimated their livelihoods were only exercising their freedom of speech. And to not rebuild again will deprive them their right to express themselves during a possible future injustice. I plan to talk to the District Attorney to determine if the business owners that refuse to reopen are violating any federal laws.”
