BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D.C. – Vermont Independent and self-described Democratic socialist Sen. Bernie Sanders has finally acknowledged that the “economy is a disaster” in Venezuela. In 2011 he pointed to Venezuela as an example of socialism working stating that “the American dream is more apt to be realized in South America, in places such as Ecuador, Venezuela and Argentina.” In his most recent statement, he is now saying “I was confused back then and misinformed. I can see things clearly now. My new position is, the American dream is more apt to be realized in many of the suburbs in North Korea.”
