BREAKING NEWS – New York City, New York – While NBC decided to hold a private meeting in mid-June to determine which night each candidate would appear during the first debate, CNN has decided to turn the candidate placement process into a primetime television special and hold a live “lottery” drawing to determine the lineup for each night which will air live on July 18 at 8 pm ET on CNN. They plan on releasing more details in the coming days. Joe Biden stated he is looking forward to the show. “I feel lucky and I can hardly wait,” said the former vice president. “If I win the lottery, I will request a one time payout, and put almost all of the Powerball winnings into my campaign. And to insure that I won’t get accused of flip-flopping, I will maintain what I have done in the past, which is not give one red cent to charity.”
