BREAKING NEWS – Des Moines, Iowa – Joe Biden fidgeted on stage for about ten minutes, trying to turn on a teleprompter that he erroneously assumed was a very thin transparent flat screen tv. He later acknowledged that he was trying to turn to Fox to see if they were broadcasting any of his daily gaffes, and he became angry when he found out that due to the very public teleprompter incident, he unwittingly created a new one.
