Biden’s reported comments came after Dr. Anthony Fauci, the top U.S. disease expert, said in an interview that he could not guarantee that it will be safe to physically vote at polls in November due to the coronavirus. “The President’s tactic is obvious and blatant,” explained Biden. “He apparently believes the nonsense that I have the early stages of dementia, and the longer he waits, the more my memory will fade.
