BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D.C. – President Biden’s attempt to promote African-American films in the motion picture industry, has backfired and he offended the minorities he was trying to assist. His comment that raised eyebrows was, “so all ethnicities can enjoy the silver screen creations by black people, any movies filmed in the ‘hood’ should have subtitles in English.”
