BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D.C. – Biden made remarks during a “Meeting on Federal State Offshore Wind Implementation Partnership” where he had a binder with talking points and was handed a chart showing how tall the offshore wind turbines being discussed are compared to landmarks like the Empire State Building and the Eiffel Tower.
Later on, he held up a separate note card and was reading off of one side of it.
However, the other side of the note card facing the cameras had a list of directions for the president.
“YOU enter the Roosevelt Room and say hello to participants,” the first bullet point read. “YOU take YOUR seat.”
According to a source in the White House, on most of the notes given to Biden since he took office, there are repeated references to the bathroom with two small pictures drawn, to prevent him from continually confusing sinks with urinals.
