BREAKING NEWS – New York City, New York – “Shark Tank” star and famous investor Kevin O’Leary blasted Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., in a recent interview, saying on OutKick’s “Maintaining with Tyrus” that her district looks like a “Third World country.”
O’Leary criticized the progressive Democrat politician in a clip from Tyrus’ upcoming show, saying the Squad member’s a “great politician” but “horrific” at managing her district.
“I look at AOC, what an incredible, incredibly successful politician she is and what a horrific manager she is,” he told Tyrus, adding, “Her jurisdiction looks like a Third World country.”
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez responded to O’Leary’s criticism. “As usual, rich people like Mr. O’Leary can always find something negative to say,” she began. “I look at it this way. Most of the people in my district cannot afford to travel, and few have been out of this country. Due to the fact at how my district currently looks, if any of the citizens wanted to visit a Third World country, they can save their money, because thanks to me, they feel as if they now live in one.”
