I have so much respect for the U.S. Navy. While swimming in the ocean, a friend of mine caught a cramp in his leg and was stuck about six feet underwater. When he was about to drown, a Navy veteran in the area pulled him up so he can start breathing. After catching his breath, my friend expressed his gratitude by saying to him, “Thank you for your surface.”
