Nike has sent me a cease an desist letter regarding a new business I started, and I don’t understand why. I am trying to market some soup that I created, and I think it is just a coincidence that the spoon for the bowl is shaped like the Nike “swoosh”, plus my sales pitch being… “Just stew it.”
