I decided to change auto insurance companies, so I contacted a new agency and spoke to them at length. They wanted to know all about my driving habits, and I decided to also give them a lot of information about me personally, which included my thought process and my basic view of life. After I was finished talking, the customer representative suggested that I get “fool coverage”. I never heard of that, and we somehow got cut off before I could ask how much the deductible would be. Weird.
