Something I just learned from watching the National Geographic Channel, is that lions in zoos are fed mostly horse meat. And zoologists state that out of all of the large cats in captivity, lions have the whitest teeth. They explained that the reason for this is, because they eat horse meat regularly, they have been trained to brush after every mule.
