A friend of mine that I repeatedly warned about his arrogance, recently got fired from his job. He’s an architect, and he designs structures that are built over bodies of water and over canyons, and he is very good at it. However, when he went to his boss and demanded that his salary was doubled, he was terminated on the spot. I guess he got too big for his bridges.
