Even though it doesn’t say it in the bible in the first chapter of Genesis on the sixth day when the animals were created, I think out of frustration, God could’ve spoken these words:
“Would you angels start taking quality control more serious? I noticed that some of the snakes had so many loose parts, that they rattled! Never mind, leave them as is!”
