BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D.C. – California Congresswoman Maxine Waters is behind Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf for warning people in her city that ICE planned to conduct raids. But Waters wants the idea extended to African-Americans in inner cities, starting with Chicago. She explained her concept at a press conference. “Not only do I feel Hispanics who are in this country illegally should be warned, I think violent black gang members living in Chicago should also be warned. They don’t want to go back to prison, which is an awful place, and I don’t blame them. So, I feel the Mayor of Chicago should follow Mayor Schaff’s example and tweet out a warning when he knows a raid is imminent. Because the racist cops in Chicago are unfairly trying to lock up black gang members, confiscate their unregistered and stolen guns, and shut down their thriving businesses. You would think pro-business Trump would back me up, but so far, he has not endorsed my idea.”
