BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D.C. – Syrian and Iraqi terrorist forces obtained significant numbers of tanks, trucks, and U.S.-origin Humvees in recent military operations in Iraq and those arms are being shipped to al Qaeda rebels in Syria, according to U.S. officials. Upon hearing this, Vice President Joe Biden offered a plan which was promptly rejected. He wanted to contact all of the vehicle insurance companies in Syria and Iraq, and encourage them to raise their rates so high, that the terrorists that stole the trucks, tanks, and Humvees, will find the deductible and monthly premiums financially unbearable.
