BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D.C. – The CEO of Boeing told President-elect Donald Trump that his company can build a new Air Force One for less than originally quoted — after Trump complained about the cost. Earlier this month, he made headlines for blasting the company on Twitter for the $4 billion cost overruns with the new fleet of Air Force One planes and called the $4 billion price tag out of control. Boeing’s Dennis Muilenburg stated after meeting with the president-elect, “We’re going to get it done for less than that, and we’re committed to working together to make sure that happens.” Hillary Clinton immediately criticized Trump saying, “This is a clear case of bullying, because Donald Trump has no right to tell Boeing to stop gouging the federal government for every nickel it can get. His latest action displaying fiscal responsibility, is just another example that he has no clue on how Washington, D.C. works!”
