BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D.C. – House Speaker Nancy Pelosi sought to move on from questions about impeachment during a televised town hall, even as she insisted she wasn’t bothered at all by polls showing sagging support for the probe against President Trump.
Pelosi, who also claimed former President Bill Clinton was impeached for “being stupid,” made her comments at the CNN event just hours after she appeared at a fiery news conference to direct the House Judiciary Committee. “President Clinton behaved like a cheap whore, and his power hungry crooked spouse looked the other way. Bill often bedded women in the White House and at covert locations with and without their consent, but at least he wasn’t a bully, because that’s where we democrats feel crosses a line.”
