BREAKING NEWS – New York City, New York – CNN’s Anderson Cooper confirmed he and longtime boyfriend Benjamin Maisani split “some time ago”. “We are still family to each other, and love each other very much,” Cooper told People Magazine. “We remain the best of friends and will continue to share much of our lives together.” Cooper, 50, also did not elaborate on the reason behind their separation. However, Maisani was not shy about expressing his feelings in a letter he wrote to People Magazine. “For quite a while, the relationship wasn’t real, and Anderson was just going through the motions putting on an act.
